Ingredients:
4 pcs. Quarter Pounder Burgers
Mushrooms
1 Beef Stock
2 tbsp. Flour
2 tbsp. Butter
Maggi Liquid Seasoning
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Pepper
Salt
Garlic

Method:
Fry Burger with olive oil. Set aside.
Saute garlic till brown. Add the mushrooms. Season with Maggi Liquid Seasoning & pepper. Set aside.
Mix beef stock in 250 ml of hot water. Set aside.
Melt butter in a pan. Add flour. Stir until it will turn like a paste.
Add the beef stock mixture. Stir continuously. Season with maggi liquid seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, pepper & salt if needed. Taste. Then add the mushrooms.
Pour the gravy on the burgers.
