CHICKEN STRIPS



I am so excited to share this recipe because I made it myself!
When I was in Pinas, my family & friends always ask me to cook this and even here in England they love it! 
So easy and I guess it's everyone's fave : )


Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts (cut into strips)
Ajinomoto Crispy Fry Original Breading Mix
Bread Crumbs
Eggs
Lemon

Method:

Marinate the chicken with lemon, pepper and salt for 30 mins.
Place the Ajinomoto Crispy Fry and bread crumbs 
in 2 separate shallow bowl.
In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
Dip chicken into Ajinomoto Crispy Fry then to the egg mixture 
and lastly to the bread crumbs.
In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, 
heat oil and fry chicken, a few strips at a time, 
for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 
Drain on paper towels.


Serve it with your favourite dipping sauce...
